Introduction:

The name of our school is Sarudiya Upper Primary School. Our school is located about 20 kilometers northeast of Barpeta town. To the south of our school is a motorable road from Morigaon to Nagaon, passing through Bhurbanda. To the east lies the village of Sabukdhara, and to the west and north are paddy fields. Our school also has a panchayat office, a weekly market, a high school, and a public health facility to the west.

Description:

Our school building is oriented east-west and is approximately 50 meters long and 6 meters wide. The roofs are made of tin sheets, and the walls are constructed with bricks, wood, and bamboo. There is also an old house for the teachers. In front of the building, there is ample open space for the students to play.

Teachers and Students:

Our school has eight teachers, most of whom are well-trained. The teachers regularly teach us and care for us deeply. There are around 200 students in the school. All the students attend regularly and complete all the tasks assigned by the teachers.

Facilities:

Our school has six classrooms. Except for the first grade, every classroom is equipped with desks and benches for the students. Each classroom has a blackboard. Additionally, we have maps, a globe, and sports equipment. There are chairs and tables for the teachers and educators.

Conclusion:

Our school is a model institution in Morigaon district. Every year, students from our school receive scholarships. The school day begins at 10 AM with the school bell rung by the watchman, followed by a prayer, after which we proceed to our classrooms. We clean the school every day. The school day ends at 3 PM.
