(1) When the sky is cleft apart,
(2) And when the stars scatter and fall,
(3) And when the seas are poured forth,
(4) And when the graves are overturned,
(5) Every soul will then know what it has sent ahead and what it has left behind.
(6) O mankind! What has deceived you concerning your Generous Lord,
(7) Who created you, fashioned you perfectly, and proportioned you,
(8) In whatever form He willed, He assembled you.
(9) No! But you deny the Judgment,
(10) While surely over you are appointed keepers,
(11) Noble and recording,
(12) They know whatever you do.
(13) Indeed, the righteous will be in bliss,
(14) And indeed, the wicked will be in a blazing Fire,
(15) They will enter it on the Day of Judgment,
(16) And they will not be absent from it.
